About us
Meet Share Your Review: your honest second opinion
We are an independent home for reviews of UK businesses. Anyone with a real experience can write one, companies can reply in public, and nobody can pay to hide what customers say.

Free for reviewers, forever
How it works
Let us show you how honest reviews get made
Four short steps between a real experience and the next person making a better choice.
What you can do
Built for honest reviews, not quick ratings
Everything here is designed so the review you read is the experience someone actually had.
-
Write a review
Star rating, your story and the date it happened. Edit it whenever you like.
-
Read real experiences
Filter by stars, sort by most helpful and see the full rating breakdown.
-
Companies reply
Businesses can answer in public. They can never edit or hide a review.
-
Invited reviews
Companies can invite every customer, and those reviews are clearly labelled.
-
Checked by people
We look for fake, paid-for and abusive reviews and remove the ones that break the rules.
-
Fair for everyone
Paying us never changes a rating, the order of reviews or how we moderate.
Had an experience worth sharing?
It takes two minutes and helps the next person choose well.
